End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between PPAPPURI (파뿌리; Representative: BAK YEA JIN) ("Provider") and the individual or entity ("User") that installs or uses the PPAPPURI software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, the User agrees to this Agreement.

1. License Grant​

The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software subject to a valid license or trial terms. Ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software remain with the Provider.

2. License, Free Trial & Free Version​

  • The Software may be used via license activation, a free trial, or a free version.
  • A license is bound to the activated device; a device identifier is verified to prevent abuse.
  • Trial duration and terms are stated as of the time of distribution.
  • After the free trial ends, a limited-feature free version may be available. Its availability and scope may change at the Provider's discretion, and the free version is provided "AS IS" under Section 6.

3. Restrictions​

The User shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Circumvent licensing, or copy, redistribute, resell, or rent the Software.
  • Remove or alter the Provider's trademark or copyright notices.

4. Privacy​

Information processing by the Software is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Components​

The Software includes open-source components (e.g., Newtonsoft.Json, ACadSharp, each under the MIT License), which are subject to their respective license terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty​

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The User is responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

7. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business) arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination​

This license terminates automatically if the User breaches this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Suwon District Court as the venue for disputes.
